I have another card for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge - "seeing stars." I think this card is evidence that I've met the challenge :) I saw something like this on Pinterest and had to try making one of my own since I have a jar of punched stars to use. I strung them in banner form all over the card, and used stick stamps by Judith for the starbursts and splatters, and then a dollar birthday stamp for the sentiment.
