Bed slats upcycle garden

When I first saw this bundle of wood at the local thrift store, I actually thought it was a set of wooden blinds. But looking at it a bit closer, there were no strings, the wood was too thick and the finish was too rough to be blinds...what I happened to find was a nice set of bed slats.

A friend was throwing away a double bed frame so I took it home, took it apart and used the head and footboard for this living wall/flower feature on the side of my shed #livingwall #livingwallsoutdoor #upcycledfurniture #upcycle #gardening #gardeningwithcontainers
