- • 1 Zucchini, whole thin

- • 2 cans Coconut milk, light
Pasta & Grains
- • 2 cups White rice, organic
Baking & Spices
- • 1 Cinnamon stick, whole
- • 18 Cloves, whole
- • 20 Peppercorns
- • 2 tsp Sea salt
- • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
Oils & Vinegars
- • 5/16 cup Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
- • 3/4 cup Coconut, unsweetened
Liquids
- • 8 cups Water
In Ayurveda they have 5 seasons one of those is monsoon season. Here in the US we don't have that season. I live in Minnesota and we experience all 4 seasons distinctly. Now what we can also see is that winter is broken into two parts, part one vata season the early part of winter.
