In 2018 before and throughout the pandemic period, I commenced a series of paintings that pays homage to the guitar and accessories used in rock music. Description After that ABYSMAL attempt to draw one without knowing how (see my scrap deviation, "Birds"), I tried again, this time with the power of google image search in my hands! (Honestly...how did realism artists survive without it? ) So here's a quick sketch I did in photoshop CS to make myself feel better. Ahhh....that's better . Not sure if I like it enough to finish it....what do you guys think? It's a blue macaw, by the way, so the colors would be blue, black, green, and yellow…

When I was twelve, my aunt gave me one of the most special gifts of my life--a box of drawing pencils. Since then, I've completely fallen in love with this art medium. I do a lot of celebrity portraits, but sometimes I sketch fictional characters, animals, and mystical landscapes.
