YOGA SEQUENCE TO CAMEL POSE: To warm up, look for the "BACK BENDING WARM UP" sequence I posted. Do the sequence 3x before you attempt the below - 1. When I first starting practicing yoga, I felt like blocks were a giant pain  snoozefest. I felt like they didn't really do anything, and in class, the  effort to benefit ratio was awful cuz it seemed like I'd spend half the  time just trying to get the positioning just right only to lay back and  feel like the block was stabbing me.

This is totally bikram. And I would NOT call this beginners. Hell I can barely do some of these correctly.
