Three cloves of garlic that I minced. I'm just going to cook this ground beef till it's brown and our onions are tender. Alright, our ground beef is brown and our onions are translucent. Move my meat mixture into a strainer. While I'm moving this meat over, I actually have a question for you. My grandma made my sister and I goulash every we spent the night with her. Sometimes she would make it with noodles and sometimes she would make it rice. But would you guys let me know in the comments if you had goulish growing up? Did you have it with rice or did you have it with noodles? Alright, I drained the fat from our meat mixture. So, I'm going to add that back into that pot. I'm going to add 15 ounces of beef broth and the same amount of tomato sauce. So, 15 ounces of tomato sauce. How easy is this? 15 ounces of diced tomatoes. I'm using fire roasted that's because that's what I have but any tomatoes that you have would work great. I'm just going to add a little bit of water so just about a half a cup Worcestershire Worcestershire. I think that's right. You let me know I'm sure in comments. One tablespoon of that. Some seasoned salt. 1 teaspoon of that. Two teaspoons of Italian seasoning. I have one tablespoon of paprika and a half a teaspoon of pepper. Since we added that and salt. We don't need any other salt. So, I am going to bring this up to a simmer and then we'll add our next ingredient. Okay, our goulash goulash mixture has come to a simmer. So, I'm going to add two cups of elbow macaroni. Obviously, you can use whatever pasta you want but this is what my grandma did when she used pasta. So, that's what I'm going to do. So, I'm going to keep this at a simmer for about 12 minutes until that macaroni is tender. Our goulash has been simmering for twelve minutes. Look at that. So you definitely can serve it just like this. But I am going to make this just the way my grandma did for my sister and I. And the one last ingredient that she always added was a little bit of cheese. Probably about a cup's worth. So I'm going to do the same because I want this to be just like my grandma made it. And I'm just going to stir that in until that cheese is melted. Alright. Time to try Grandma's goulash. So, I'm just going to add that to my bowl and you guys know that I usually garnish but obviously, my grandma didn't. So, to keep this just like my grandma's, I'm not going to garnish this either but if you want to add fresh herbs, yours, definitely that would be delicious. Alright, time to try grandma's goulash. Okay, I know it's hot. Okay. Oh wow. It tastes just like my grandma's. This one's for you. Grandma's Goulash. Yum.
