The Red Baron: Born Manfred Albrecht von Richthofen to a aristocratic family, he was a German fighter pilot during World War I with the Imperial German Luftstreikrafte.    He is considered to this day to be the ace-of-aces of WWI, having been credited with shooting down 80 Allied pilots.
