Double Chocolate Protein Muffins Changes: 1.5 cups whole wheat flour + 1/2 cup ground flax seed. I ended up having to use about 1/4 cup more almond milk. Other changes--I used almond milk rather than milk, fat free plain greek yogurt instead of light vanilla yogurt, and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips rather than a cup of regular chocolate chips. Oh, and I used Dark Chocolate cocoa powder. They were delicious. The recipe made 18 muffins, 125 calories each and 6g protein each.
