@wayofgray: I don’t starve myself, use skinny teas, wear waist trainers or even workout more than 4 times a week. I don’t follow some unique tip or take magically pills. It’s seriously as simple as exercising moderately, eating real foods, getting enough sleep and smiling as often as possible. .
