Corn dip - cold Corn Dip 3 cans of Green Giant Mexican Corn (11 oz drained) 1 can of green chilies (4 oz) 1 bag of Mexican cheese (7 oz or 1 ¾ c) 1 bundle of green onions 1 cup of sour cream 1 cup of mayo ¼ of a cup of jalapenos (or less if its too spicy!)
Corn Dip Aunt Sue Sue 2 Cans Mexi or Fiesta Corn, Drained 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 can chopped green chilies 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp cumin 2-3 jalapenos to taste Mix together and chill. Serve with Frito's, tortilla chips or wheat thins.
3 (11 oz.) cans of mexi or fiesta corn, drained (The kind that has peppers added to it)
3 green onions, diced
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
Frito scoops or other corn chips
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with Frito scoops.
