Egg Muffins 12-15 eggs seasoning 1 C grated cheese diced omelet veggies &/or meats Layer muffin tins 2/3 full with veggies/meats. Pour egg mixture over till 3/4 full. Bake at 375 for 25-35 min or until golden. Will keep for up to 1 week or freeze. For best results, thaw in refrigerator before reheating. Microwave on high about 2 minutes to reheat.
