Hoisin Burgers on Memorial Day. Adjustments - instead of grilling the scallions - chop them up and sprinkle on the burger after cooking for fresh crunch. Also, I made a pickled asian vegetable mix of julienne carrots, red peppers, jalapeno, and added the sliced cucumbers. Vinegarette includes rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper, & sugar. Add extra hoisin at the end. Will eat again!
