Paint bucket seats: Go to Lowes and get the grey bucket $3ish and the white cheap lid for under $2. I bought a box of the 10 inch cake round cardboard pieces because I didn't want to cut them. Then I bought a twin size egg crate at Walmart for $10. And fabric and ribbons. Use washi tape to cover the edge of the white lid. Use your lid as a template and draw a circle on egg crate. Layer the foam lumpy down, glue to board. Wrap fabric and staple. Glue it all to the lid!

These paint bucket seats were super easy to make for my classroom kids. These DIY stools were a great idea for seating for my students.

5 gallon bucket seats. Made for my classroom but can be used at home for kids too! Cheap and easy to make. All you need are buckets, spray paint, fabric, contact paper-clear (to go on top if fabric, easy to clean), stuffing and gorilla duct tape. Decorations optional.

CLassroom! Great for storing kids stuff or using it to sit on:) (5 gallon paint bucket, fabric, foam, cardboard, spray primer, spray paint, decorative strand, scissors, sharpie and hot glue). Top is a circle cut from a square foam cushion, then covered with fabric.
