Looks like a great early morning workout for right before a shower - quick & effective. I'm fully aware this will not cause anyone to drop 10lbs, but it is a great way to get moving in the morning & add a bit of extra fitness to the day,
Easy abs. A no fuss workout to do before bed so you can rest right after. Change it to suit you. Not intense. As long as you do this most nights you should be well on your way to a flat stomach!
Before shower workout. Will take 5min. If you don't se a difference in your body in three weeks, we need to have a talk
