Working with the strap really helps in feeling what the pose involves without overstraining yourself. You can make the strap shorter over time once you've become more comfortable with the backbend. Im also using a block here so I don't have to worry about dumping weight on one side of my body or losing balance in the backbend. Tips: 1) keep elbows close to si...
