Think Thin Bars! 20g protein, 0g sugar- I try not to eat processed foods much at all, but with being busy with school and work, think thin bars do the trick to help kick the urge to binge in the butt. They are pretty healthy for a protein bar as well. I like the think thin fiber ones better however because they are only 180 calories but still,they are perfect for those busy on the go days! :)
