Attendance and lunch count board. Time to Go Back to School Sneak Peek

Time to Go Back to School Sneak Peek

This attendance is the most space efficient system we have seen! Wall space is precious in classrooms. This would be perfect for a middle school classroom. We envision a hanging basket with numbers or even two charts one for "here" and one for "not here" so students only need to slide the magnet over, rather than searching for their number.

This teacher assigned each student a number and had them move their magnet to their lunch choice for the day. It doubles as an attendance tool and much more. Maybe pictures instead of numbers?

This is a fun and easy way to gather the lunch count each morning. I might add an area where the clips start each day. This would help me see which students had not made their lunch choice yet.

Magnetic, so that I could add a picture to indicate the hot lunch option. Include a starting point. Have student names on clips.
