Quaker Oatmeal Cookies Add cup each of chopped dates, dried cranberries and coconut if desired. Add tsp nutmeg and tsp cloves with the cinnamon. Boil the dried fruit in cup water for 3 min. then add to the flour mixture.
This makes about 3 dozen cookies which I beleive would feed about 9 people if each had 4 cookies. They are just great to have around the house and healthy and also very easy to prepare, not to mention tasty!
