Every miscarriage is a baby gone way too soon. Someone's much wanted & prayed for baby. And what's left behind is a constant wonder of who they would have been or what life would have been like if they lived.

October is Pregnancy and Infant loss awareness month.  I've had 4 miscarriages and today it's officially official that we are done having children. Rather than feeling relief or peace I'm surprised at how difficult this is to accept. #miscarriage

No matter how early or how late. You were still pregnant. You still felt all of the pain. There's no difference.

Some say a baby tiny enough to cup in your palm is not a life yet, oh how wrong they are. - Having someone quote statistics of how often it happens doesn't help either. One in four might miscarry but he was still my son.

Speaking from experience, I know having a miscarriage is a devastating life event.  Although one is never prepared for this tragedy, there are ways to heal and eventually move forward.
