I remember in high school ceramics class someone made a hamburger and I thought it was the coolest thing ever!  We could expand past just cupcakes and do other foods... would be good for any grade level too. --- 5th gr. cupcakes... in clay!

Make pinch pot, press into silicone cupcake mold, pancake circle bottom and coiled clay on top for frosting.
