CLASSROOM CAMPFIRE ~~~ Of course we had to have a fire! I built this with rocks and sticks from our yard, a black fabric covered bucket lid, and tissue paper. Andrew's construction glue keeps it all attached. Inside the tissue paper is a string of orange

I may just make a fake "fire" for my non-working fire place.

We're Going Camping!

This is adorable! You use an old CD, rocks, sticks, dirt, and tissue paper to make a campfire. I'm going to do this on a bigger scale & have Bible stories around a campfire one day! :) Kids will LOVE it! Great for fairy garden.

Fake rocks- stuffed paper lunch bags and paint More

Rocks made from stuffed brown paper lunch bags, glued shut, spray painted with several stone colors, and textured stone spray paint here and there too. Could use Aldi bags for larger rocks.

Indoor campfire with flameless candle. Cute centerpieces! "We made a larger one for our VBS quiet time around the campfire. It was a hit with our kids and adults! "

*Could use for Call of Abram lesson* mini "campfire" lights (rocks, tissue paper, battery operated tea lights.) would be cute as centerpieces, or throughout the house for our indoor camping themed sleepover.

Campfire Activities Every indoor camping adventure requires a fire, right? I mean you need to sing songs, roast marshmallows (huh?), chat under the stars (how?). Get full directions on doing all three of these things here. Ah, I cannot wait for the outdoor camping season to begin! Have you tried indoor camping before? I'd love to hear additional suggestions!
