Rich and delicious seafood bisque. Chicken broth is cheap, but you could use fresh crab/lobster stock or 3 oz of Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold reconstituted in 4 cups of hot water. To make seafood stock, peel & boil shells in water.
Crab Bisque - Quick, easy and good flavor, but I don't reccomend using canned crab as the recipe suggests. I tried the canned Bumblebee crab and there was way too many little pieces of cartilage in it.
