cheer athletics ab circut.... best ever. seems to have gotten out lol

Not sure if this is an actual Cheer Athletics ab circuit. But you feel it. I can finally finish it now that I don't do competitive cheer anymore x) I'm gonna do this every day

Need to do this before summer comes back around Cheer Athletics ab workout. yep, gonna start doing this.

Cheer Athletics ab workout. 2 crunches, 2 sit-ups, 2 Cherry pickers, 2 sec hallow body, 2 lemon squeeze, 2 straddle-ups, and 2 pikes.  work your way up by going 2,4,6,8,10,12. Take a break. Now work your way down 12,10,8,6,4,2

There are several other ab variations you can add in this (bicycles, planks, etc) but I chose to show the ones I use.

Cheer Athletics Ab Workout: 2 sit-up, 2 crunches, 2, push-ups, 2 sec. plank x 2 then x 4 and you keep going. The bottom row is how many you do of each.
