Sideline Leg ABduction -- Targets your Gluteus Minimus & Medius aka Side Butt. Good at-home workout to make your butt round. Haha. I doubled my ankle weights. You can also use bands. Start on laying on one side with feet stacked on top of each other. Then slow & controlled, lift your top leg to (at least) 45 degrees. Then lower it back to starting position.
