This recipe originally came to me from my good friend, and Ex-MIL, Barbara Carroll. It is similar to Texas Armadillo Eggs, but uses boiled eggs in place of the stuffed JalapeAndntilde;os. WARNING* These are addictive to Egg-Lovers!
Armadillo Eggs (Learned from Katrina in Dallas, TX) 1pkg Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese 1/2lb Sausage 1 can Jalepenos 1 egg 1 pkg Pork Shake n Bake Make a slit in each jalepeno. Stuff with cheese. Mix together Bisquick, sausage and milk. Wrap each stuffed pepper in sausage dough. Roll in beaten egg. Roll in Shake n Bake. Bake on lined cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Spicy and Tasty!
