Bibimbap! Stone pot full of assorted vegetables over white rice. At the table, add an uncooked egg and stir while it cooks in the hot stone pot. I love to drench it with sesame oil and Korean chili paste lol. So good! My favorite Korean dish!!!
Traditional Korean Food "Gujeolpan" -consist of miljeonbyeong, which are thin wheat pancakes, beef, cucumbers, carrots, Korean chives, two kinds of mushrooms and strips of fried egg yolk and white. Delicious!
