SCHIACCIATA di PATATE -200 g di farina  -350 g di patate (pulite) -50 g parmigiano gratt. -350 ml di acqua -30 ml olio evo -erbe (timo, maggiorana, salvia, rosmarino essiccati) -sale -- -Mescolare acqua olio e farina -affettare sottilmente le patate -Unirle alla pastella   -unire il formaggio, le erbe e una generosa presa di sale. -Foderare una teglia e versarvi  il composto  -Spolverizzare  con un po’ di sale. -Cuocere  in forno  a 180° per 35/40 m + qualche m sotto il grill

Чеснок по вкусу Тмин по вкусу Картофель 1000 г Перец сладкий (зеленый) 140 г Помидоры 60 г Соль по вкусу Говядину (лопаточную часть или голяшку) моем под холодной проточной водой, обсушиваем и нарезаем кусочками длиной 1,5-2 см.
