Свежий шпинат, 200 г  Семена чии, 3 ст.л. (можно заменить 7 ст.л. масла)  Вода,1/2 стакана (используя масло, вода не нужна)  Мука рисовая, 2/3 стакана  Семена чии замочите в воде, чтобы образовался гель. Взбейте со шпинатом в комбайне. Добавьте муку и смешайте взбейте до однородной массы.    Половником зачерпните теста и вылейте на разогретую сковороду. Обжарьте блины с обеих сторон.
