polemika Делается предельно просто: готовим томатный соус (пассеруем лук-чеснок, томим минимум минут 10-15 измельченные томаты или готовую пассату со специями), режем баклажан на кружочки, но не до конца, фаршируем между кружочками говяжьим фаршем со специями и зеленью, укладываем в круглую форму, придаем форму рожка, заливаем соусом и тушим в духовке минут 40. Рис в фарш добавлять не надо, иначе ваш баклажан "разнесет".
