Approximately 1 calorie is burnt for every two jumping jacks you do.  It will take place over ten days, starting tomorrow! Record your results everyday, like whether you managed to finish it, and how you felt, and whether there were results! Hope to hear from you! <3  I think I can do this.

Not a pound of weight. However, jumping jacks are still awesome. Easy to do and get your heart rate up quickly. I do 100-300 a day, spread throughout the day.

Jumping jacks are an awesome cardiovascular exercise! They’re easy, so anyone can do them. They get the heart rate up pretty fast and are good for increasing cardiovascular health. Not to mention they pack a serious calorie burn! But doing only 100 at a time or 500 jumping jacks spread out throughout the day isn’t really helping you. The key is to sustain an elevated heart rate for an extended amount of time. So here’s a challenge I’ve come up with. Build your endurance.
