Торт "Воздушный замок" Instead of сгущенное молоко, I used hazelnut cream (or Nutella). It says 1 tsp of Cognac, I used about 10 tsp. By the way, I used a 9x13 pan. Make sure the egg whites are room temperature for the meringue and so is the butter for the cream. I just left it out overnight.
