Healthy breakfast burritos: dozen eggs, 1 entire package turkey bacon, 3-4 medium red potatoes, 1/2 small onion, 9 or 10 whole wheat tortillas, sharp cheddar, spinach & low-fat milk. Purée spinach with milk then add to beaten eggs then scramble. Cook chopped bacon then add potatoes & onion. Let all cool then assemble, wrap and flash freeze!! High protein, low fat breakfast of champions!
