Plain Greek yogurt 4 T hot pepper infused olive oil  Salt & pepper to taste 6 medium-large bell peppers, washed, and halved  Combine all ingredients into peppers and top with a little cheese. Bake 30 min at 375 for 30 min. Remove cover and bake additional 5 minutes.
