Duck Hunting Cake - 6 inch round and 10 inch square two-layer cakes are iced with chocolate buttercream. A serving fork was used on the 6 inch cake to make it resemble a tree stump. Leaves were cut from rolled fondant using miniature leaf cutters. The small Mallard ducks were made from rolled fondant. Chocolate duck with shotgun shell was purchased from Dinstuhl's Candies in Memphis, TN.
