I have made these every morning since starting Weight Watchers at the beginning of the month! It is ZERO WW points, and gives you 3 fruit servings, and 2 vegetable servings a day! I cannot tell you how good it is! You CANNOT CANNOT CANNOT taste the spinach, I promise! Believe me, if Kasey will drink these (very willingly) then you KNOW it has to be good! A friend of hers called it the "Shrek Smoothie"! DE-licious, and amazingly good!
