Monterrey Chicken Bake --4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 (14.5oz) can of diced fire roasted tomatoes, 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, 1 c mexican shredded cheese, 1/2 c green onion, 1/4 c BBQ sauce==Put chicken in 9 x 12 glass baking dish. Brush chicken with BBQ sauce. Cover the chicken with the tomatoes (do not drain) and chilies. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Remove chicken from oven and cover with cheese and green onion. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
