Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes: I made these this summer and they were a hit. They were a little too sweet for my liking- but everyone else seemed to enjoy them. You can also use crystal light raspberry lemonade powder in the icing instead of the puree if you want a little bit of a different taste.
