The school where I teach is transitioning into using P.B.I.S..I created this Think Sheet for our staff to use. We make copies of the Think Sheet to keep on hand.We copied pages 2/3 in a front/back method and laminated them. We only needed one per classroom.

I have found that sequential set-up helps students think through their actions and recreate positive patterns or repair negative ones.
