Morning Glory Muffins Recipe.  Made this twice now and I adore it.  I used 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut, golden raisins instead of regular, 2 apples, no walnuts.  Used the food processor to cut up carrots and apples.  I think this is my go-to muffin recipe!!!!! LOVE
