Quick Shrimp Scampi: melt a stick of butter and spread in a baking sheet. Slice 1 lemon (or more depending on the size of your pan) then layer shrimp on top (I used fully cooked frozen small shrimp). Sprinkle a packet of Italian seasoning on top and bake at 350 for 15 mins. Serve over angel hair pasta, mix with a bit of the butter from the pan, sprinkle some garlic powder on top and stir. Bon apetit!
