Weekly Progress Report. A nice way to improve parent-school communication - the parents initial the page each week and return it. Add to student file to discuss at report card conference time. Looks like it would be a quick and easy checklist to complete each week. Concerned about the paper not being returned each week? My students have a communication duo-tang that goes from home to school each day, so I will attach the progress report in there to keep it from getting lost!
