Gluten Free Waffles

This is my FAVORITE gluten free, grain free, paleo waffle recipe!

1 1/3 cup almond flour   1/4 tsp salt   1/4 tsp baking soda   4 large organic, free range eggs   1 tsp vanilla   1/3 cup oil   Cinnamon (I eyeball it....but I like more..)    Topped with  1/2 pack of powdered Stevia  Pecans/or walnuts  unsweetened shredded coconut    you could also use sugarless syrup    Whisk all the ingredients together place batter into waffle iron bake til golden.    Makes 6-8 waffles.   leftover waffles freeze well too just  pop them in the toaster.

Top with fresh fruit of choice and almond butter.
