Roasted Potatoes: -garlic powder -onion powder -tbsp olive oil -Parsley Flakes -3 small russett potatoes Directions: Wash potatoes then chop into mini bite size with skin on. Cover top of potatoes with garlic powder and again with onion powder. Put in large bowl with olive oil, cover and shake well. Put on a cookie sheet then sprinkle parsley flakes over potatoes. Broil for 20 minutes. Stir at 10 minutes into broiling. They come out crispy.
