Banana & Chia Toast 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds, 2 oz water, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp. honey, Cinnamon to taste. Combine chia seeds with water in a bowl. Wisk vigorously for 30 seconds and set aside for 20 minutes until a gel is formed. Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the honey and cinnamon and mix together. Combine gel chia seeds with the mashed banana. Can be served on top of toast as a "jam."
