I’ve stamped my images in Black Memento Ink and Stamped onto my Copic Xpress it blending card. I’m also using my Misti when I stamp so I can get that perfectly crisp image. If you are new to stamping this tool is a must! It will save you lots of time, effort and paper! The distressed edges around my slimline card is my Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Scattered Straw. I took a .005 Micron pen to create my stitching along the border of the card. Distress Oxide Ink, Crisp Image

Today I have a fun simple card to share using the Happy Herbs Stamp Set from Gina K. I’m also using the Honey Bee Stamps Lattice Die on top of my Distress Oxide card base. I’m using the Distress Oxide Ink Speckled Egg, Brushed Corduroy and Victorian Velvet. These colors look so beautiful together and blend together nicely. Check out the blog post for more details. I’m using My Favorite Things’ new stamp set, “Fall Friends“, as well as the ‘Fall Friends Die Set“. I stamped my image on my Copic Xpress it Blending Card using the Memento Black Ink. Below you will find a list of the Copic Colors I’m using. Please remember you can substitute if you don’t have these exact oranges, browns etc. Just make sure they coordinate. Are you missing Copic Colors? It can be so frustrating trying to blend when one shade is too light and the other is too dark. I have a simple effective trick to show you. Try the Nib to Nib Technique Have you ever started coloring an image and get a harsh line in between the 2 shades? In this post I’m going show you how to get a better blend between YR15, which is a yellow-ish orange color and YR20 which is a peach color.
