Genovese soldier Joseph Pecora aka Joe Peck (1905-1992). He was part of Eugene Catena’s crew and secretary treasurer of Teamsters Local 863. Peck was considered a formidable soldier. Informants had indicated Pecora equal stature to Anthony Provenzano as far as underworld authority went. His brother Thomas aka Timmy Murphy was a mob enforcer and crew member. Other brother, Edward Pecora was a Teamster Official in the Automated Sales, Servicemen and Allied Workers Local 575.
Matteo Dilorenzo aka Marty (1913-1995) was a high ranking Genovese mobster (capo) who made headlines in the 1970's for being part of a fraudulent scheme by mobsters to bilk the Vatican bank of millions of dollars. Genovese soldier Gaetano Martino (1900-1978). Born in Palermo, came to the US in 1916. Record from 1928 including Robbery, Traffic violations and Cigarette smuggling in Italy. Lived in Brooklyn and Naturalised in 1928. Frequented the Lower East Side of NYC. At some point served in the US Coast Guard. In 1946 believed to have visited Luciano in Italy, probably delivering Luciano’s share of rackets profits. Not much known of his later years, he died in 1978.
Genovese soldier Alfred Guido aka Iggy (NYC 1911-1974). Lived on Bedford Ave BK with wife and 3 kids. No legitimate income known, crime sheet mentions motor theft act violation, forgery of US bonds and vagrancy, two state and federal narcotic convictions. Into wholesale heroin with fellow mafiosi on the Lower East Side.
On January 28, 1997, Genovese associate, Vincent Vigliotti became the fourth individual defendant to plead guilty to carting industry corruption charges. Vigliotti agreed to serve a prison term of one to three years, to pay $2.1 million in fines, restitution, and civil forfeitures, and to be permanently barred from the New York City carting industry. On February 13, 1997, the KCTW pleaded guilty to criminal restraint.

Genovese soldier Philip Buono aka Philly (1915-2006). In 1982 he killed Nat Masselli, son of soldier Pellegrino William Masselli in the Bronx. He had found out that Nat Masselli was cooperating with authorities and got word to underboss Sammy Santora, who notified Bobby Manna and Chin Gigante. 24 hours later, Nat Masselli was found dead behind the wheel of his Lincoln Continental, shot in the head.
