Using machines at the gym for what they are not intended for has been my thing lately! No kickback machine? Don't want to use cables? Use a seated leg curl machine! I also tried doing a variation of sissy squats, not perfect but worked. Also love using the assisted pull-up machine for single leg push downs! #bootywork @legworkouts @legguide @legroutines @legvideos
