This is a great diagram to have in the classroom to implement scaffolding. Duffy emphasized how important it is to scaffold in the classroom and assist into that transition into independent work. The diagram of I do, We do, You do is a great way to remind the chidlren of this strategy.
In this file, you get an original informational article for 3rd-5th grade (I will be using it with my students in 3rd); 8 questions formed using FSA testing stems and 1 written performance tasks. Students will read the one (double-sided) Dolphin Tale themed informational text article with 8 questions written in FSA-style such as HOT TEXT, Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer, 2 Part Questions, and Open Response.
