1️⃣ When doing vagal toning, we are looking to specifically help stimulate our vagus nerve. This is our biggest parasympathetic nerve, which is a part of our rest-digest-healing state. When we tone this nerve, we can help create a more resilient nervous system and help regulate our cortisol.

Well, if your foot is flat too I’m sure you feel me. It’s critical to strengthen the foot muscles. And nothing does it better than single leg moves. And lots of bare foot exercises!

👍 Good news, this exercise is useful for those of you without flat foot as well. It will work leg muscles and core, replace the ball with a kettlebell and you will feel your arms too🙋🏼‍♀️

✅ 10 passes on each side, repeat 2-5 rounds!

Poor posture can cause a neck hump, also known as kyphosis or dowager’s hump, by causing the upper spine to curve forward over time. This happens when you lean forward or look down for long periods of time, such as when using devices.🤳

1.Lay back on your elbows and gently let your head extend back.

2.If this is “uncomfortable this may be a starting sign that you’re developing a neck hump.

Hold this postion 1 minute daily for prevention!
