309 West Michigan Ave: Brick Italian Villa on the southeast corner of the Old Courthouse Square, now the Circle, over looking Brooks Fountain.  The villa was built in 1873 by Dr. William Church, the building to the east by Dr. Marshall in 1866. Later the two buildings were connected making almost 4000 sq.ft.of office/apartment space. In 1972 the buildings were refurbished.The Villa became the new location for Sherman Associates, LLC.still in business today.
